Low-dose aspirin for primary prevention


A new meta-analysis questions the use of low-dose aspirin for the prevention of cardiovascular events. Given its current wide use, these findings are important and have far-reaching consequences. What are your thoughts?

Aloha!What recommendations would you recommend? As a non-academic clinical physician, are there objective findings, on physical exam, or lab tests which i might be able to utilize which would allow me to make the most prudent recommendation? Mah... more »
